SNAPPI Customer Service enables the intelligent integration of summary and detail data housed within the legacy environment and provides transparent navigation and access to what is needed, when it's needed. Service and sales agents are able to focus on the customer without having to hassle with the nuances of the many discrete application systems that house the customer's information. Training costs are reduced due to the SNAPPI Customer Service intuitive common front-end.
The information obtained from the installed legacy applications is mapped into the pre-defined SNAPPI Customer Service data structures and desktop displays which are available in 3270, Visual Basic or Java/HTML formats to provide turnkey operations.
The data structures are easily customized but already include an extensive array of data elements that support any banking service or sales functions that requires access to the information encapsulated by the following types of application systems:
| Customer Information | |
| Demand Deposit Accounting | |
| Savings | |
| Certificate of Deposit | |
| IRA | |
| Credit Card | |
| Debit Card | |
| Installment Loan | |
| Mortgage Loan | |
| Trust | |
| IRS 1099/1098 Reporting Data |
As a turnkey deliverable, SNAPPI Customer Service provides any or all of the data elements in message-based format to a variety of desktop display and voice components and many other types of WAN, LAN, intranet and Internet networked devices and to any intelligent process on any type of processor.
